The Lion's Sleep massage oil, with its valuable composition of lavender, sandalwood, neroli and Roman chamomile, can help here. The oil is particularly suitable for a soothing and relaxing neck and/or foot massage every evening. So that you can start the new day more relaxed the next morning.

The effect of the valuable ingredients from lion's sleep has been clinically confirmed. Lavender oil can reduce anxiety and promote a refreshed wake-up, while neroli reduces stress. Sandalwood calms and relieves anxiety - just like Roman chamomile.

Application:

Just before going to bed, rub 2-3 drops of the oil into your palms and then massage it into your neck and on your pulse points (inner wrists). Then hold your slightly oily hands in front of your face and inhale the scent deeply for 30 seconds. If you wake up at night, put 1-2 drops into your hands again and smell them.
