For our single-varietal olive oil, we use only the most valuable olives from the groves of a small family-run manufactory in southern Italy.
The olives are harvested by hand while still unripe and cold-pressed. The unique Gentile di Larino olive variety gives our oil its wonderfully green, fruity aroma, a balanced bitterness on the palate, and a peppery finish.
